To take Startup India registration, follow these steps:
Eligibility Check: Ensure that your startup meets the eligibility criteria set by the Government of India. The criteria include being incorporated as a private limited company, partnership firm, or LLP, with the startup's age not exceeding ten years from the date of incorporation. The annual turnover should also be below INR 100 crores in any previous financial year. All these legal policy are menedatory on Trademark Registration.

Fill the Application: Log in to your Startup India account and fill out the application form. You may also need to provide supporting documents, such as a Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Association.
Self-Certification: The application requires you to self-certify that your startup meets the eligibility criteria and that the information provided is accurate and true. Review the details carefully before submitting the application with JustStart.
Submit the Application: After completing the form and self-certification, submit the application online through the Startup India portal. Keep in mind that incomplete or inaccurate applications may lead to delays or rejection.
Recognition Certificate: Once your application is processed and verified by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), you will receive a recognition certificate via email. This certificate serves as proof of your startup's registration under the Startup India program.
